You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund if you’re not satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition, with only normal, reasonable use for evaluation. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
